**How Preorders Work**

Preordering is a simple way to ensure you get the products you want as soon as they’re available.

 

Here’s how it works:

1. Look for products marked as *Preorder* on our website.
2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Preorder payments are typically charged at the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
3. Once your preorder is placed, you will receive an estimated release date. We’ll notify you via email if the release date changes.
4. Once the product is available, we’ll prepare your order for shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

 

**Stipulations When Placing Preorders**

 Payment Timing: Preorders may be charged at the time of purchase, please review the payment details during checkout for specifics.

Estimated Release Dates: Please note that release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. We will keep you updated on any changes.

Cancelations and Refunds: You may not change or cancel your preorder anytime after the order is placed. Once the product has shipped, our regular return policy applies.

Limited Stock: Preorders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In rare cases, demand may exceed supply, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.



**Preordering Multiple Items**

If you are preordering multiple items, here’s what you need to know:

Combined Shipping: If your preordered items have different release dates, we will ship them together once all items are available. To receive items as they release, we recommend placing separate orders for each preorder.

Separate Charges: Each preorder is treated as a separate transaction. If you order multiple items with different release dates, you may be charged separately for each order.

Split Shipments: In some cases, we may be able to ship available items first, and the remaining items will ship once they become available. Shipping costs for split shipments will be calculated accordingly.

**Q: Can I modify my preorder after it’s been placed?**
A: Yes, you can modify or change sizes ONLY to your preorder anytime before it ships by contacting our customer service team.

**Q: Will I be charged for shipping on each preorder?**
A: Shipping fees are based on the entire order. If items ship separately, shipping costs may apply to each shipment unless otherwise noted.
